Get Your DownEast Basics ON!!!! DownEast Basic Contest- Guess post.

Feelin’ like fall yet in your neck of the woods? The enormous tree in my backyard in Santa Cruz is already fading to a beautiful and familiar shade of gold. I am feeling a little giddy as the time for fall layers is quickly upon us!

As I mentioned in my Destination DownEast blog post, nothing is more exciting to me than seeing someone looking gorgeous in DownEast Basics, which is why I am asking you to send us a photo of yourself, wearing your favorite clothing and accessories from DownEast! The rules are simple:

o Go for a layered fall look
o Be creative and show your best style
o Incorporate at least one DownEast clothing item or accessory – but the more the better!

DownEast will select the top five “looks” from submitted photos; the ones chosen will be featured in an upcoming DownEast by Design blog! Even better, for the look deemed best overall, the model will receive a DownEast Basics gift card valued at $150!

Looks will be evaluated based on overall style, creativity, and best/most use of DownEast Basics clothing and accessories. Now is the time to layer those DownEast tees, slide on one of our skirts in new fabrics for fall, and last but not least-accessories! Don’t forget handbags, necklaces, scarves and more!
