Finding the right snacks for the little ones can be a little more difficult than it should be, even though the supermarkets are filled with tones of options. When you look at the ingredients, then you can see how those ingredients are loaded with sugar and are definitely not as healthy as you might have first thought. I am always concerned with what I feed the ladybug and snacks a very important part of her food plan.
Best way to go? Organic products that are healthier and not sugar and sodium loaded as many of the other options that are offered. I have recently had the chance to review a selection of Revolution organic snacks from the EcoMom store.

I received a sample pack that contained two of the Revolution POP Alongs. One was the cheese and the other one was the cinnamon flavored pack……The ladybug loves chips, but even though I have to admit they are very yummy, they are very unhealthy, so we try avoiding giving them to her. The POP Alongs are just as delicious and way healthier than regular chips…..Yes I tried both of them and yes my daughter yelled at me for eating her chips!

Both are them are really yummy ….My favorite was definitely the cinnamon and it is really hard not eat the whole pack just at once!
We also received a couple of the 4 Pack Variety of Organic Mashups. These are just great to take anywhere as a snack , very portable and hassle free, the containers feature a reusable cap so you can put the rest away….If there is any left. The mashups are just delicious…..Yes I tried them also and they are very filling and a little tip between you and me, they make a great snack for mommies that are on a diet and trying to lose weight. The pouch has only 50-60 calories, 100% Organic Unsweetened Kosher certifiedand gluten Free, no Trans Fats, no High Fructose.

Mommy and Me Event- FlexiBath Review and Giveaway.

I have been talking about reviewing baby products and have been getting all the research done even before I have the bug number two. Well one very important feature I am looking for in some of these products besides the quality and functionality is that I need products that do not take too much space…..I do live in a condo, so that is actually a very big point for me.
I just got rid of the bath tub I used for the ladybug (when she was a baby) a week ago…..It was bulky and taking too much of my very limited storage space…..But a bath tub is essential when you have a little one….The best solution I have found that will provide the quality, the functionality that I am looking for and will not take a great deal of storage space, actually will take almost no storage space, is an amazing product made by Easy Walker called : The FlexiBath.
What make this product so amazing? That is very easy to answer, the FlexiBath is a hard plastic children’s bathtub that folds up totally flat with a simple touch of your hand! And after you give your little one a bath you can just fold it and store away for the next bath and will be out of the way and out of sight…..Just love this product!
The FlexiBath is made from Polypropylene ( PP) and Thermoplastic Elastomeric ( TPE). Both types of raw materials are free from PVC, phthalates , heavy metals and other harmful or hazardous materials, so we need to add safe to the list of positive things about the FlexiBath.
The bath also features a very convenient Non- slip bottom and can be found in three different colors: pink, blue and white. Since I have no idea what bug number two is going to be yet, I went with the white color which is perfectly gender neutral.
The tub is very light even though the materials are very sturdy and it is meant for kids 0- 4 years of age. The bathtub can be emptied out by pulling out the drain on the bottom of the tub or just dumping the water, whatever works better for you.

Mommy and Me Event- Nicer Wear Review.

It is never too soon to be pampered and if one thing is for sure, all moms like pampering their little ones. I am always looking for products for the ladybug and trying to find the most cozy, comfortable and overall nice products meant for kids. While doing some baby product searching, I came across Nicer Wear.
Nicer offers a great selection of blankets that are meant to start the pampering at a very early age. The designs are really simple but very cute at the same time and the way they do a contrasting edge with a different color on their blankets is adorable.
I had the chance to try one of the nicer Baby Blankets and the ladybug loves it! The blanket is really soft and very comfy. The blankets are made of chenille superfine poly-microfiber; its texture is similar to that of cashmere. Designed with a hand-knitted trimmed making it stylish. The blankets are offered in 10 different color combinations and measure approximately 30” x 30”. This would make a great bring-along blanket, not too big not too small and definitely a great baby shower present.

Mommy and Me Event- CSN Stores Review.

You all know all the changes and re-décor I have been doing in the ladybug’s room….Well, it is not only her room, I have decided that I am done with the mess and that I want my condo back! I am doing some major cleaning and organizing a big “Let’s get the house clean campaign” …..When you try to fit everything you had in a house into a condo and some new acquisitions, this can be a really big challenge!
I wanted to get something to store some of the ladybug’s toys that seems to be taking over the whole place……I was torn between a cute toy box/bench for her room or a toy box for the living room. After thinking it over and taking a look at the toy boxes at the CSN stores, I finally decided to get a toy box for the living room.
With so many options to choose from the CSN stores, it took me a while to make up my mind, but I opted for the KidKraft Austin Toy Box in Cherry. I received a 70.00 gift certificate towards the toy box order and the toy box had a list price of 126.00. It was 94.95 when I bought it, (on sale now for only 75.95)! And I could not be happier with it.
The toy box got here in less than five days since the day I placed the order, and it is a really nice addition to the living room. The set up was really easy, I was able to assemble the toy box myself with no problems at all( a little tip if you get a flat head screw driver to keep the insert for the screws in the right position while screwing the screw , the process is a walk in the park).
The same toy box comes in different colors like pink, white, espresso…. And other great color options to match your decor. The toy box is made of wood and features Safety hinges on the lid to protects young fingers from getting pinched and works like a charm…The ladybug has been “organizing” her toys ever since I put the toy box together and so far no accidents! The toy box doubles as a bench for additional seating and is my daughter’s new favorite “chair”
Packaged with detailed, step-by-step assembly instructions that are really easy to follow and comes with the tool you will need to get it set up.
A great buy at an incredible price and if I have to be honest at the price they have right now I am very tempted to get a pink or white one for the ladybug’s room also!

The item I finally selected for review was the beautiful pair of diamond earrings…..I was very excited when I received the 1/2 Carat Princess Cut Diamond 10K White Gold Invisible Set Earrings. The earring are a bit smaller than what I have expected, but I have to say they are also nicer in person than what they look in the picture, I like smaller earrings, so they were just the perfect size for me.
The earrings feature eighteen princess-cut diamonds all together set up on a square base and I LOVE the glamorous yet simple look that I get with my Ice.com earrings. These are just perfect with anything you wear, no matter if it is a night outfit or a pair of jeans!
I have been wearing the earrings ever since I received them and as I said before, I don’t even have to worry about changing them when I am wearing a more formal outfit or just a simple T-Shirt and jeans…..A piece that will be a great addition to any wardrobe. The only one thing I would change about the earrings is the backing….Even though they set it perfectly, I would rather them to be screw on, just for extra safety.

I am always interested in finding all kinds of new products and beauty products are definitely on the top of my list. The Kate Mack - Hula Rose Sun Dress is one of the cutest little girl’s dress I have seen and looks so much better in person that on the website, the pictures do not show how really cute and adorable this dress is.
The strap dress features a layer of pink tulle with an inner layer of a lighter shade pink of the same material on top of a fabric lining and 4 lines of ruffles. The dress is adorned with 2 rosettes made of the same material to complete the very trendy look. The dress looks very comfortable and fresh, great for hot weather. Add a short jacket in white or black for a totally different and very chic look. As I mentioned before, it is just adorable, and a dress that any little girl will love to add to their wardrobe.

Mommy and Me Event- Zutano Giveaway.

A few months ago I had the pleasure to do a review/ giveaway for Zutano clothing for kids. For those of you that have not been introduced to them yet, Zutano if I need to describe their designs, colorful, fun, and different are some of the words that come to my mind when I think about Zutano’s clothing line for children. And as most of the great baby products out there, Zutano was born out of the talent and dedication of one very creative mom and dad!
I love the way they mix the colors and play around with stripes, prints and different designs. Zutano’s designs are full of the joy that childhood represents and I just love that they take under consideration that every individual is different and unique ever since they are little. And it is this unique factor that they bring to their clothing line.
One of my favorite features of the Zutano’s lines is that many of the outfits are made to mix and match , so you can actually combine one top with different pants and vice versa.
I have to admit though that my favorite clothing line is for newborns
called Itzy-Bitzy and it is the Zutano’s premier line of new and preemie clothing. This extremely adorable collection had been designed to fit babies from 4 – 8 pounds, and this season they released a new size, 0-3 months which fits babies weighing 9-13 pounds.
The Itzy –Bitzy line is available in various designs including gowns, long sleeve wrap, bodysuit, dresses and the adorable kimono tops as well as some other designs. Most of the Itzy-Bitzy pieces have “easy access” points, and each piece of clothing has a loving message printed on its tag to welcome the new baby in the family into the world (how cute is that?). Each Piece is made with 100% cotton interlock.
But the truth is that all their designs are just adorable and cute and the line for the older kids is equally bright and playful, just the way kids are.
