As you all know, the iPad tablet from Apple is one of the most popular gadgets right now and I have been dying to get my hands on one of them ever since they first launched back in April of this year. After having all the issues I’ve been having with my computer, I decided this was the perfect time to get my iPad as I realized I need a backup device in case my computer ever decides to give me a hard time again.
The iPad attracted me because of its portability, so I decided to take the iPad path and see what all the fuss was all about.

The very first thing I have to say about the iPad besides the fact it looks really neat, is that it is very easy to set up. I was able to add some of my favorite applications within minutes and it was up and running in no time. Now there were a few points that I was concerned about and the documents creation was for sure my main concern, very close to my email set up.
Even though I have not set up a proper document creator which I am still researching which one is the best (so far pages from iWork’s is taking the lead). Right now I am able to write a complete product review using my notes application which is one of the applications that is pre-installed with the iPad.
In addition, I was able to easily Sync my Outlook contacts to my ipad and transfer all my contacts without any problems at all….I consider the iPad a really neat and customizable gadget as you can find an amazing selection of applications that allow you to do things that I never even though possible to do with a computer.
The battery charge seems to last forever and even though they say it is 10 hours, mine has lasted a couple of days depending on how much I use it of course.
There are a few things that I wish /hope they can change on the iPad and the most important one right now is the fact that it does not support flash and that is a real bummer as so many sites use flash.
The big seller for me is the portability….I can bring my iPad with me anywhere I need, it weighs just 1.5 lbs. and it is 0.5" thin….. Mine is thicker and heavier just because I have the Otterbox case for  iPad , but I would not have it any other way. The more I use the case, the more convinced I am that it is a must have if you own an iPad!
More applications are released every day and you can find pretty much anything that you can think of….Just do a quick search and you will more than likely find free and more advanced applications (these are not usually free, but very cheap) for whatever you need to do with your iPad than you would ever imagine.
You can blow up the screen you are on or save different pages for quick access. It keeps a record of the pages you have visited recently and the screen changes orientation (rotates) to whatever direction you move your iPad…As I said it is a really neat toy!
The tablet is very user friendly and I was able to set up and add any applications I wanted without any problem at all. You can find the iPad at the Apple store and a few retailers across the country (I found that Wal-Mart has one of the best prices around)

Finding the perfect baby carrier is certainly not an easy task, there are many different products offered so moms can carry their little ones around and be able to do the chores and everyday errands. And since there are so many products it is really easy to get lost and end up with a baby carrier that doesn’t suit your needs.
Babywearing is the practice of wearing or carrying a baby or child in a sling or other form of carrier. Babywearing is far from new and has been practiced for centuries around the world. In the industrialized world, babywearing has gained popularity in recent decades.
Babywearing allows the wearer to have two free hands to accomplish tasks such as laundry while caring for the baby's needs to be held or breastfed. Babywearing offers a safer alternative to placing a car seat on top of a shopping cart. It also allows children to be involved in social interactions and to see their surroundings as an adult would.
Many sling users have found that it is easier on the back and shoulders than carrying their infant in a car seat. The weight of the child is spread more evenly across the upper body. And if you have back problems like I do, you can certainly appreciate a way to carry your little one around with the less strain to your back possible.
I have been lucky enough to try a few different baby carriers in different styles and baby wearing has gained its way in my heart….Back and shoulders!
I recently had the chance to try a great baby sling: The Organic Sleepy Wrap. The Sleepy Wrap is a Stretchy and very soft sling, perfect for the babies’ delicate skin, which you can get in about a dozen different colors in the original design and two different colors in organic fabric. And it is probably the most comfortable sling I had the pleasure to try so far.
One of the great features of the Sleepy Wrap is that it is totally adaptable so anyone can use it so daddy and mommy can carry their baby around without too much trouble or having to buy different carriers because you loosen or tight the wrap as you wish.
For a non experience wrap sling user like myself, it may take a couple of tries to get the wrap set up correctly before you can get it right, ( the instructions comes with the sling and can also be seen in the Sleepy Wrap website), but once you get it, you see that it is actually really easy. Since the ladybug is a little big to have in the front, I have tried the back carry and I was surprised on how comfortable it is for both the bug and me.
Another really great thing about the Sleepy Wrap is that you can use it in different positions as the little one grows so it is easier for you to still carry her around with the same sling! Not to mention that this great sling also allows you to breast feed your little one while she is comfortably in her carrier….And that is something that I am so going to do with my next baby( no, I am not pregnant….Yet).
But this is definitely the way to go with a newborn, especially when you have another bug that is also going to need attention. It is truly amazing the freedom that the Sleepy Wrap gives you and how very comfortable it is for both mommy and baby.
