OneSole Interchangeable Shoes- Review and Giveaway.

I contacted the company about the giveaway in multiple occasions, but they never got back to me about honoring the giveaway.....Too bad!

A couple of weeks ago I was watching TV with DH……We were watching the Shark Tank and they featured a rather interesting product that both DH and I thought had great potential. The company is called “Onesole” and they make interchangeable shoes. Onesole “ The Original Interchangable Shoe” struck me as a product I was definitely interested in learning more about.
I contacted the company and little did I know that their store is just about 10 minutes away from my` home, so they kindly invited me to visit them and learn more about the product. The history behind the company is very inspiring. Dominique McClain Barteet is the mind behind this great product and she was a pharmacist that worked long hours on her feet and traveled quite often so she needed comfortable fashionable shoes…..As with many great inventions that are the result of a necessity … she invented Onesole.
On my visit to the store I was able to look around and learn firsthand about the shoes and the different designs they have to offer. I must add that I was so happy to have this opportunity, not only because it allowed me to see, touch, and learn a lot more than what I could have possibly learned from their site alone, but also because I got to see in person the beauty of their designs.
I was given a sample sole to try on (There are 14 different soles to choose from in varying heights) and I tried Elegance Soft Step which is a 2 1/4" high heeled shoe. The first words that came out of my mouth? “Oh WOW”. You all know I am a shoe fan and how much I love reviewing shoes on the site. I have also mentioned how very picky I am and how much I love comfortable shoes…These shoes are beyond comfortable. It honestly has to be the closest thing to being bare foot that I have felt. That is a huge thing for me since I have to be running around all day…….The shoes were so comfortable that I dared to try their highest sole design, the Diva which is a 5”high heeled shoe…. After I had the ladybug I can count on one hand how many times I wore high hills and the last time I did, just a month ago, I came home bare foot because of the pain. But I wanted to try them on and see how they work…….I just need to say that I picked the Diva for myself! I could not believe how comfortable and light these shoes are.
The shoes come with a black neoprene top ( most tops are made from the same material and it is part of the reason these shoes are so very comfortable). They have over 1,000 different tops to choose from and you can find a design to please the pickiest person for sure. They have an enormous range of colors and patterns that will go from earth tones to vivid combinations, to more sober and even solid colors. The selection is just amazing and many of their designs are embellished with Swarovski crystals. I spent more than one hour just looking and playing with the different tops! They even offer you the possibility to add an image of your own or a company logo, so as you can see the possibilities are unlimited!
The great thing about the shoes beside the comfort factor and the beautiful designs and the stylish sole…… Is the versatility. If you have ever had to travel and pack different shoes for different outfits and occasions, you know how much space and how much of your luggage weight allowance that can take….This just isn’t the case with these shoes. You can literally pack as many tops as you can think of and take pretty much no space at all as the tops lay flat and weight close to nothing.
Onesole really did their homework and thought of everything……including the Slap stopper which minimizes the flip flop noise from this type of shoe. Needless to say I am really impressed with the company and their products!
