Born 2 Impress Holiday Gift Guide- KidCo PeaPod and Matching Go-Pod Review and Giveaway

A few months ago I found KidCo’s website and their really neat line of products that includes the
Go-Pod. The Go-Pod is an ultra lightweight, portable activity set created as an alternative to bulky, stationary activity centers that traditionally take up a lot of space and are difficult, if not to say impossible to store away. The Go- Pod’s one-of-a-kind 'mobility design' makes it a must have for in-home or travel needs.

I was really excited to see and try this new product as we are seriously thinking about going for bug number two and have such limited space at our condo. The first thing I need to mention is the weight of this product. The Go-Pod weighs only 7 lbs. The second big seller is the dimensions. The activity set is: 6.5”W x 6.5”L x 29.5”H when folded and 24”W x 24”L x 19.5”H (at its lowest seat level) when opened.

Great quality materials and impeccable craftsmanship are present on the product and the color combinations are very modern and attractive. I received the Go-Pod - P7000 Quick Silver which is a yellow and silver combination that will be perfect for either a boy or girl.

One of my favorite features besides the ones already mentioned is the Locking Button. This ensures that the Go-Pod is locked in place; safe for baby, and gives mom peace of mind. Another definite great feature is the Four Seat Height Positions – It grows with baby for appropriate leg/feet positioning.

The Go-Pod comes with an attached Floor Pad –To Keep baby’s feet from touching undesirable surfaces and away from germs. The Go-Pod has five nylon toy loops to hold your baby’s favorite toys and keep them entertained. It even has drink and snack holders, and is extremely easy to set up and fold and even easier to carry around and store (it comes in a storage bag , which includes a pocket for wallet, keys, ipod, etc. And a shoulder strap for easy transport).

The Go-Pod is truly a great product for parents who have reduced space ( or not) and a must for parents on the go! I love products that are made to make a parent’s life easier and this is certainly one of those products.
The Go-pod is available at selected retailers across the U.S and has a tag price of approximately 55.00, a great buy by all means! The Go-Pod is meant for kids approximately 4 months to walking, (once the baby is capable of holding up their head) and about 12 to 26 lbs. It is available at selected retailers across the country.

Another great KidCo product and one that I have been very interested in trying is the KidCo PeaPod Travel Bed for Infants and Children. After I had the chance to try this, I have to say I think this Product has actually exceeded my expectations! The PeaPod is THE product to have for parents that travel with their kids.
The PeaPod is a pop up tent that comes with an inflatable air mattress that provides kids with a comfortable place to sleep while it keeps them protected from cold, damp floors, not to mention that kids will love the tent and having their own little space anywhere they go.

The PeaPod comes in different colors to match your needs (or their personality), the one I received was the PeaPod Plus – P203 in Quick Silver. This features a yellow and silver gray combination that actually works great for either boys or girls. The Peapod is perfect as a bed for short trips, naps, and sleep overs.

The super Lightweight PeaPod comes with a very convenient bag that makes storage and carrying the PeaPod a breeze. Setting up the tent is as easy as it can be as it pretty much just pops open once you get it out of the carrying case. Folding the tent back into the storage device is a little tricky, it took me a couple tries to get the right fold, but once you get that figured out, it is really very simple.

Inside the case you will find the tent, the inflatable mattress and a small manual air pump to inflate the mattress. The product and it’s design are really well thought out and kids love it which is certainly an extra point…….I had a hard time convincing the ladybug that the tent needed to be put away. A large front zipper panel allows parents quick access to infants or easy in/out for older kids. The PeaPod is so light that even your little bug will be able to carry it.

The PeaPod retails for about 90.00 and it is available at selected retailers across the country.
