There are many really neat things about the iPad and a lot of people will agree with me that there are also things that could be different to make the product more functional and, for instance, a lot of people love the touch screen but a lot of people find it not as attractive when it comes to typing a whole document.
I decided to look for alternatives for the touch screen keyboard and found The Next Success.

I was really interested in the different products offered by the company ad especially interested in the iPad Case & Bluetooth Keyboard. The case looked really sharp and elegant and in addition it features the Bluetooth keyboard that I was so interested in trying.
I contacted the company and they agreed to send me the
Protective Leather Portfolio with Bluetooth Keyboard for iPad for this review and as I had expected the case is made with high quality leather. The case converts from case to stand, is light weight and easy to carry around which is a real plus for a device like the iPad that is meant to be as portable as possible. One of my favorite features is that unlike some cases, this case has full access to all the iPad controls including the charger.
The keyboard works great and you will now have instant access to pretty much any key you will have on your regular laptop with the exception of the mouse for which you will have to use the touch screen feature on your iPad. The really neat part of the case is not only the protection it offers to your iPad, but also the convenience of having a fully operational keyboard on your iPad which including the function keys is just a great advantage for those typing a long email or document……If you have tried to do either one of these on the iPad touch screen, you quickly realize how much you miss the advantage of having a keyboard. Since you don’t have to use the touch screen as much, it helps to protect your screen from smudges and finger prints…..As I said before a really nice option for those that have to type a lot and definitely a must for those that prefer a key board over the touch screen. The keyboard works with an integrated rechargeable lithium battery and the battery charge should last about 45 hours (make sure you allow the batteries to fully charge 4-5 hours). The keypad features rubber keys and it is dust and spill proof. Setting up the keyboard to pair with your iPad is extremely easy: First of all, you’ll need to turn on the power toggle switch located on the top right and you will see the Bluetooth indicator blue light to go for a few seconds to indicate that the keyboard is on (it goes off a after a few seconds). Press on the connect button also on the top right, the Bluetooth indicator light will start blinking letting you know the keyboard is ready to connect with the iPad.
Next you will need to go to your settings icon on your iPad, select general, Bluetooth settings and turn on the Bluetooth connection feature and the iPad will automatically start searching for a bluetooth device (your new keyboard). The iPad will display a message: device found, click on the device to connect. A message window will come up asking you to enter a password that will come in the same message, use the keyboard to type the password and you are all set. The whole process should take less than a minute to be completed.

I am determined to get in better shape…I have been neglecting myself for too long and my body is resenting it….I am resenting it, so there are a few things that have to be eliminated from my routine and some others will be added to it….For example I will start taking boxing classes next week, just as a way to do some cardio and release some stress.

The Yoga Strap I have not used yet as I have not started the classes just yet, but the strap is made of 100% natural unbleached Cotton, with a strong, user‐friendly D‐Ring metal buckle that holds the strap securely in place during use. This 8‐foot long strap provides excellent durability and comfort in an environmentally friendly and biodegradable way.
What I have learned about the strap, is that it is useful for performing hamstring stretches or improve flexibility needed to simply connect his or her limbs together when he or she is not strong or flexible enough to do certain yoga stretches on their own. More advanced yoga students or instructors can use the straps to step into and hold more challenging poses. This is definitely a nice thing to have and something that I probably would not have known about for a while if I had not learned about it on the Aurorae website and one that I was really happy to learn about for sure!

The shower caddy is made of rust resistant stainless steel, and measures about 11.5" X 9" X 24"H, just the perfect size and it gives me a lot of storage space that is so much needed in the shower. Now I can store all of the hair products, soaps, razor, shaving cream, toothbrush and toothpaste all in one well organized space. The caddy has rubber stoppers on each stand to prevent it from scratching the floors and keep it in place. The caddy retails for 44.99.

I have been sleeping on the mattress for over a month now and I am actually able to sleep through the night…..Less tossing and turning which has improved my overall night time experience….I wake up more rested and energized, it is amazing what the right kind of mattress can do for you!

I am always looking for clothing stores and a few months ago I found a great place to get a young, modern and sassy new wardrobe. prAna offers a great variety of unique designs with a very appealing combination of colors and designs, great for every day wear.

I was able to try the Cleo dress and the Lola Sport Top when I first tried the clothing line last summer. On this occasion I was lucky enough to try another great summer perfect dress.
The Amaya dress comes in four different fabric color/print choices. I picked the Turquoise Congo Beats for myself and love the dress, the very flattering design, and the vivid colors and print. The Amaya dress features an Internal shelf bra which for me is a most in a sleeveless dress.
The dress is very comfortable. It is made with 45 Recycled Spun Polyeter / 45 Spun Polyester / 10 Spandex ; 11 oz/ly , the dress features a contrast banding at neck and empire waist. The dress is just perfect for this summer and certainly a piece that I am really glad to add to my wardrobe. Both comfortable and pretty….just great for busy moms like me that do not want to sacrifice fashion! The dress retails for 68.00.

Born 2 Impress Pampered Mom Event- Hello Canvas Review and Giveaway.

Finding a great gift for a special occasion can be really challenging….There are people that can be really difficult to read and further more difficult to pick a gift for. By the same token there are gifts that you can never go wrong with and that I believe is the case with a photograph of the person’s kids, pet, favorite place, a special occasion……you get the clue and with the mother’s day so close, I can tell you that there is no mother who wouldn’t love a picture of her children……Now in order to make it even more special, why not make that photo into a canvas!
I was given the opportunity to review a Hello Canvas Print and of course I picked a photo of the ladybug…..The most difficult part of the whole process was to select the picture, other than that the experience was as smooth as can be.
DH and I went back and forth about what picture to use……I don’t think you all know, but after Christmas the ladybug decided she needed a change of looks, so she hid in her room and cut her hair…..Yes all her beautiful curls are gone…..I took her down stairs and took some shots, but DH wanted something of her showing her long hair!
The first picture I sent to the Hello Canvas team was a bit out of focus, so a few hours after I had sent it, I received an email from them recommending me to use a better quality picture…..So to look for another picture we went and found a picture from when she was a bit younger that was just adorable ( I am a little biased) . I sent it in and just a few short days later we received a beautiful high quality canvas on our doorstep.
The print quality and craftsmanship are impeccable and we love the print so much that DH wants to get another one as soon as her hair is longer! Our canvas is on a wooden frame (gallery framed), so you only see the picture and I have to say it is just perfect….Our canvas is a full color picture, but Hello Canvas offers you a series of effects that allows you to make your canvas even more personalized and special. They even offer you the free option of removing the red eyes and date from your picture if you need it. Great service, excellent quality and a really reasonable price!

I have mentioned time after time how much I like to snuggle with the ladybug and spend some time just watching television and spending some time being lazy….I know that is not going to last so I am getting as much of that relaxed time with my little angel! The blanket combines the softness of microfur with the softest, luxurious faux Alpaca wool. I have to say that the throw looks amazing and feels incredible to the touch, it is super lightweight and as soft as can be and WE love it. Actually we fight over it quite often!
The Alpaca throw is available in Standard 50" x 60" and Extra Large 60" x 72". The Extra Large 60"x72" is available in taupe and mocha once it is back in stock, while the standard size is available in Mocha, Taupe, Spruce, and Steel Blue. Even though all of them are out of stock except for the Spruce which is the same color we received, it is actually my favorite from them all. The throw retails for 49.95 and is on sale for 44.95.

Summer is going to be here before you know it and it is already hot here is sunny Florida and loving sandals the way I do; I am always on the look for new and cute designs. Just a few weeks ago I found a store that sells some really cute flip flops….The FlipOut flip flops from FlipOut Sandals features interchangeable jewels that can be purchased separately to give your sandals a complete new look.

Seagate GoFlex for Mac External Portable Hard Drive-Review.

A couple of months ago I had the chance to do a review on the FreeAgent GoFlex Ultra Portable Drive which one of the new External Hard drives from Seagate.
This new family of external drives and accessories introduces a new level of flexibility to traditional USB 2.0 storage that will change the way people store, access, enjoy and share their digital content. The FreeAgent GoFlex storage family includes easy, plug-and-play portable and desktop drives, with an array of interchangeable cables and desktop adapters that allow each drive to adapt to the interface or device being used.
On this opportunity I would like to introduce you to another member of the GoFlex family , the GoFlex for Mac External Portable Hard Drives . This hard drive is formatted, for Time Machine ( Time Machine creates incremental backups of files that can be restored at a later date It allows the user to restore the whole system, multiple files, or a single file. It works within iWork, iLife, and several other compatible programs, making it possible to restore individual objects (e.g.: photos, contacts, calendar events) without leaving the application. According to Apple support personnel
"Time Machine is a backup utility, not an archival utility; it is not intended as offline storage. Time Machine captures the most recent state of your data on your disk. As snapshots age, they are prioritized progressively lower compared to your more recent ones.)Definition from Wikipidia.
The GoFlex comes formatted for Mac computers but works great on your PC computers too. The hard drive comes with a FireWire 800 cable adapter with an 18 inch (46 cm), cable and a GoFlex USB 2.0 adapter also an 18 inch cable that plugs directly into the GoFlex’s rear SATA port for live plug and allows swappable access to the unit.
The hard drive features a rubberize outside which is different to the material used for Free Agent GoFlex Ultra Portable Drive that I reviewed before and a nice upgrade I have to add as it protects the hard drive from scratches and finger prints. The unit comes in an elegant silver/ gray color.
DH decided to do a complete back up of his PC actually he transferred all the information from his PC to a new computer and the full download of the data took about two hours and considering that DH pretty much runs his business out his computer the transfer was really fast. When the unit is in use you will see a solid white light, you will not see the blinking light that I was kind of expecting to see when the data is being transferred , but all the information was saved and stored as expected.
The unit is really quiet, you can’t really hear it when in use but you can feel it vibrate when run full speed. It does get a bit warm when transferring data, but that is to be expected when a drive gets that busy and is nothing really out of the ordinary. One thing I will highly recommend is to make sure you store your unit properly as when the cable unit is disconnected from the drive section SATA ports are exposed on both segments which can lead to damage of the unit when you are on the go.
The GoFlex for Mac makes it easy to read, write and share files interchangeably between both Mac and PC computers with the included downloadable HFS+ driver for PCs. If you need to pump up the speed GoFlex offers upgrade cables and kits that make it easy to move from FireWire 800 and USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 or powered eSATA . This is a great idea for your larger files and your HD videos and movies.
The GoFlex for Mac External Portable Hard Drive is available in I TB and 1.5 TB and you can find it at the Seagate Outlet online store and selected retailers.
