Nutrisystem.......Getting Back in Shape Week 26


As you might remember, I went on a family vacation a few days ago…..We all went on a cruise and I have to say that it was lots of fun, not only that, but it was nice spending quality time with the family (we didn’t take any computers with us), so I am a bit behind on work, but it was worth it!

So for our vacation, the whole family (14 members) went on the Allure of the Seas cruise ship and for those who does not know it is the biggest cruise ship there is……It has LOTS of restaurants, so I Knew my Nutrisystem program was in danger and I made sure to pack at least one meal worth (I brought with me the trail mix bars…LOVE THEM)! So I did the best I could under the circumstances, it is hard to follow a diet when the rest of the family is insisting you try this…..And that, so even though I tried to stick to my have at least one Nutrisystem meal….I ended up gaining 4 pounds.

What I did after I got back home and got on the scale was to go in a strict nutrisystem only meals and did not eat anything but what I have planned for the week. As a result I am back to the same weight I had right when I went on vacation and was able to lose all four pounds!

One thing I’ve realized is that after being in the program, my body does not take unhealthy food kindly, so even when I get out of the program, I can truly say that Nutisystem has changed the way I eat. And I am so happy it did! So to stick to my regimen, I planned every meal, skipped desserts and only drank 0 calories beverages and water.
