I have been dying to go back to the gym, but have not been able to find my way back there…..For some reason, it is hard for me to find the time (or desire), to go to the gym after I get back from work. A few weeks ago I found a product that I thought might be a good alternative for those days that I want to do some exercise, but do not want to leave the house.

I was really curious to see what I can do with the bar and while I have to admit I was not sure what to do with it when I first got the bar….There are different bars and videos you can buy depending on what you are looking to achieve. The bar they sent me was the Body Bar Flex Original 4" and the video they sent me with the bar Flex was the Body Bar Flex Basics, but there a complete selection of videos you can buy as you wish. The video makes it really easy, not only to know what to do, but also guides you through a routine that is very much engaging and easy to follow.

The great thing about the bar is that it allows you to do a set of exercises and easily change from one exercise to another one with no effort. The different exercises helps you improve balance, flexibility and overall endurance and resistance. I love the bar and have to say I had no idea what a great work out I could get out of this little bar and video…I have found muscles I had no idea existed!

One thing I love is the fact that I can work out from the comfort of my own home, with no need of going anywhere or seeing anyone if you do not feel like it. The truth is that the program is a lot more than I would have expected.

The Original Body Bar Flex 4' supplies a maximum of 20 lbs of resistance when flexed and retails for 39.99 and the body Bar Flex Basic Video retails for 19.99.
