Who is your cell phone provider? I have been with T-Mobile since I moved to the US and during the years have changed plans and phones and I have to say I am quite happy with their service…..I have recently had the chance to try the LG myTouch smart phone. T-Mobile expanded its exclusive line of Android-powered myTouch smartphones this holiday season. The phone is designed specifically to deliver faster speeds on the T- mobile network.

myTouch 4G offers customers super-fast access to websites, applications, videos, downloads and lots more.
My current phone is a 3G phone and I have to say that the difference between the speeds is quite noticeable….I Love how fast I have been able to access the net while using T-Mobile’s 4G network, not to mention how user friendly the phone interface is…I have been using the phone for a week and if I have to be honest, I did not even touch the instruction manual…really easy to set up and start using.

Because myTouch is powered by Android™ 2.3, it’s already loaded with the apps you need—and there’s tons more at the Android Market…All the apps are easy to load and start using and you have tones of other apps that you can start using in a snap, including Twitter, Facebook and of course your G-mail account that is as easy to set up as 1-2-3…The phone is truly user friendly.

Something I realized as soon as I turned on the phone is that myTouch has everything laid out exactly where you want it on a simple, uncluttered home screen, so finding everything you need is quick and easy. Of course you can easily add the different apps you need to your home screen and deleting them is also very easy. There is an icon with the famous little green android with 6 of the most useful tips you will need to utilize your phone.
The phone features a vibrant 3.8-inch touch screen and a virtual keyboard with Swype technology (Swype allows users to enter words by sliding a finger or stylus from letter to letter, lifting only between words. It uses error-correcting algorithms and a language model to guess the intended word and does it extremely well. It also includes a tapping predictive text system in the same interface) definition from Wikipedia.
The myTouch phone runs on Android 2.3 and is equipped with the popular Genius Button (voice command for certain functions).
Two of my favorite features on this phone, is the 5-megapixel camera and the 720p HD video recorder that allows you to take high quality images and videos while on the go…..Great for instant Facebook shares and updates!
This is a great phone with really nice quality audio input and output and as with all smart phones, the more apps you have running and updates you make throughout the day, the more the battery will suffer, but I have to say that the battery life is not bad at all if I use the basics and that of course includes checking out my emails at least once a day while away from home. This is something you will find in common with more smart phones, the more apps you have running, the less the battery will last.

T-Mobile myTouch is offered in two color finishes – either black or white – and is expected to be available exclusively from T-Mobile The phone cost $79.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate with a two-year service agreement and qualifying Classic voice and data plan, with taxes and fees. The retail prize on the phone is 279.99.
