Now that I am back in the business world, I have to take better care of my appearance and makeup is a very important part of your looks. So having the proper tools is vital in order to get the results I am looking for….I am no makeup artist and I like and need to keep it simple, so when it comes to makeup, I like products that will give me a clean and fresh look without having to spend an hour in front of the mirror. Let’s be honest I have a little kid and I work, so I have to make the most out of my time! A few weeks ago I came across Mirabella Beauty.

 Mirabella offers a wide selection of makeup products and tools that can help me achieve the look I am going for. They offer products at really nice and affordable price ranges and their products include anything from beauty products to beauty tools (I have quickly learned that the correct tools make a HUGE difference). I was sent two different products to try…..The first thing I would recommend when you visit the Mirabella site, is to take the Fitzpatrick Skin Type Test. I took the test and based the products I wanted to review on the result of the test which will recommend the best products for you depending on the results.

 Two of the products recommended to me were the Skin Tint Cream III and the Pure press III The Skin Tint Cream is a full-coverage and mineral-based Foundation. It has a water-gel formula that glides on very easy and dries even quicker and gives me a silky radiant and healthy looking finish that I can’t help but love. Especially because it helps to cover the freckles I have on my cheeks.

 The cream has a SPF 20 which is also nice….I prefer all my makeup to have sun protection as it is a very important property, specially living in sunny Florida. The Skin Tint Cream is available in 14 different shades to match your skin tone and as I mentioned before I used the test offered by the Mirabella site to find the right match for me which I must add worked great for my skin complexion.

The cream is Talc-free; Paraben-free; Lead-free; FD&C/D&C Dye-free and comes in a 30ml/1.0 fl. oz. container that retails for 35.00 at the Mirabella site. The second product I had the chance to try was the Pure press III…I have to admit that when the test recommended this product I had my doubts as I usually use the loose powders but these powders to my surprise are working great for me.

This pressed mineral powder foundation is infused with natural vitamins and minerals that according to Mirabella offers anti-aging properties. While these powders can be used by themselves, they are the perfect complement to use with the Skin Tint Cream for a more complete coverage and natural great finish.

The powders are available in six different shades and all of them are Talc-free; Paraben-free; Lead-free; Oil-free; Chemical-free; FD&C/D&C Dye-free. The powders retail for 36.00 and come in a very convenient case equipped with a mirror and pad so you can use it virtually anywhere when you need a little touch up!
