Britax has been a leader in mobile safety for more than 70 years. Extensive experience, hours of engineering, and in-house child seat experts has made Britax a leader in child safety products. Britax offers a wide range of children products that are well known for the quality in the product and the attractive designs. I have been lucky enough to try a few different Britax products and must say I love the design, quality, and performance of all the Britax products I have been able to try and that includes a couple of their car seats, accessories and even one of their umbrella strollers. Now there is a new stroller in the Britax family, the Britax B- READY.

The Britax B-READY stroller is meant to be used with children from birth when using infant car seat, bassinet, or second seat and then as a regular stroller with children at least 6 months old, up to 55 lbs when using top seat only…The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful design and the stroller features that make this stroller a must have for moms on the go.

The B-READY was released on May of 2010 and it has the option to expand it for infant twins or two children. The B-READY offers a series of features that make this stroller super practical and a great ally when traveling with kids. Among the great features on the B-READY, The stroller features a removable seat that can be positioned forward or rear facing (from 6 months to 55 pounds). It also features an adjustable, no re-thread five-point harness system, multi-position recline, and a large canopy to shield your kids from harmful UV rays and other weather conditions. The stroller also has a full suspension system which provides a smooth ride. There are 14 possible configurations for the stroller (you can add an optional bassinet, car seat, or a second seat for a child up to 55 pounds) to get a total of 14 different configurations.

The B-AGILE comes with an automatic chassis lock that locks the frame in a folded position. The B-READY is a full sized stroller and you will need both hands to fold it, but it is really easy to fold. There are many features I can’t help but to love about this stroller. In addition to the features I have already mentioned, there is also the large under seat storage that is accessible from all sides…Very convenient. Britax really did their homework with this stroller.

Another big favorite and one that is lacking in most strollers, is the adjustable handle height…That makes it perfect for mom and dad use!

The one-step linked brake locks both rear wheels with one step so you can keep your attention on what is really important, your little one. Another great asset is the removable storage bag with insulated drink holders, and of course the adult cup-holder is always welcome. The stroller also comes with a rain cover, and CLICK & GO BRITAX infant car seat adapters.

The B-READY has a retail price of 499.99 and while the price might be a little high for some budgets, I highly recommend this stroller. Remember you can use it from birth (with the correct accessories) all the way up to 55 lbs…The ladybug is a little over 40 pounds at almost 5 years old and with the quality you get in this stroller, the B-READY might be the only stroller you will need, so that is something you want to keep in mind before investing your money in a more inexpensive stroller that you might need to replace once or twice.
