This is week 31 As you all know, I have been part of the Nutrisystem blogger program and for the first time since I had my daughter almost five years ago, I am happy with my physical appearance. While I am not exactly where I want to be (my goal is to lose a total of 30 pounds), I am a lot closer than what I had expected when I first started with the program. This week was not my best week …I have been very stressed and with a lot of things going on and that is certainly not helping me.
I have actually gained one pound which takes me back to being 8 pounds away from my goal…I still have a couple of months to get to my goal and I have to stick to my diet! I will be going away for a couple of days as we are going to Disney, so I am getting all the meals that I can take with me in order to keep to my diet as much as possible.
I am actually working on my menu for the complete week, as this has always helped me before when I wanted to make sure I followed the diet from A-Z …I have also told you all about the new menu items and how much I love the protein shakes…So far I have only tried the chocolate ones, but I just ordered the strawberry ones and will let you know how I like them as soon as I try them!
There is more news! Nutrisystem launched their new and enhanced community site (http://online.nutrisystem.com). They decided to change the way people interact with and gain access to information on its community site and not just improve the content and tools, but also opened up the site in ways they never have done before. Previously, Nutrisystem’s community was only available to dieters who registered for its site or who were on a Nutrisystem® program. With this new site, they hope to provide a great resource to the millions of people in this country who are looking for ways to lose weight and get healthy.
The new Nutrisystem community is structured with three levels of access:
• Guests: For the first time, Nutrisystem is opening up its community to allow the public to take advantage of its nutrition and diet content, with no requirement that guests register.
• Members: People who are willing to register on the site, will gain access to more content, tools and the ability to interact with other members of the community.
• VIP Members: Dieters already on a Nutrisystem program – known as Nutrisystem VIP Members – are provided with a robust suite of tools, information and interaction in the new community.
You can find Nutrisystem on Facebook and Twitter.
