EatSmart specializes in scales, Bathroom Scales, and Kitchen scales. They also offer a very innovative EatSmart Nutrition Scale which Calculates calories, carbs, fiber, sodium, fats, vitamin k and six other nutrients from packaged foods and 999 whole foods. Nice isn’t it?

 I have the EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale and love it and most recently had the chance to try the EatSmart Precision Voyager Luggage Scale…..I often have to go on trips and when I go visit the Dominican Republic, I want to bring presents and little things for friends down there. As a result I end up with a very full suitcase and we all know that if there is something you do not want to do, it is to have excess weight in your luggage ( the fees are just criminal). So I was really excited to try this very portable and lightweight scale that I can even take with me on my trips!

The EatSmart Precision Voyager Luggage Scale is very user friendly. The first step is to clip it onto the handle of your suitcase or bag. Then set up the weight unit you want and then lift….The scale features a two handed SmartGrip design which allows you to lift heavier bags. When your scale registers the weight, the scale will beep and your luggage weight will appear on the screen instantly and lock it for a few seconds.

 I have a very light weight carry-on bag ( 6.5 lbs), so to test the scale accuracy I weight the suitcase and was pleasant surprised when it showed a weight of 6.7 lbs on the scale screen, not too bad. It features an easy Clip Buckle, it comes with a Lithium Battery, and has a 20 seconds auto shut off…..The scale has worked flawlessly since I got it and is a must have for my luggage and I must add a very handy tool for people who are constantly flying somewhere.

 The scale weighs 5.5 ounces, measure 5.25" x 3.5" x 1", retails for 29.95 and it is on sale for only 19.95!
