You know how I have been dieting and have actually lost over 20 lbs so far, well one very important part of my diet is water, so I try to make sure I drink the recommended amount of water and even more if I can. Most people do not drink the daily water amount that is recommended to drink (the number varies, but it is about 8- eight ounce glasses of water a day). Do you even drink close to that amount?
