As you might know, I have been on a diet for the last few months and have managed to lose some weight. I was also going to the gym regularly, but stopped when I started working again. I have been trying to find my way back to the gym, but it seems that there is always a reason why I can’t quite find the time or desire to go back to the gym…..I know how very important it is to exercise and if, like in my case, you have been struggling with weight, then it is even more important.

 I Started with 100 and have gradually increased the power. The nerves branch out to all of the stomach muscles causing them to contract and relax naturally, working all of the muscles at the same time, not just those directly under the gel pads….I have to say that I was not sure what to expect and that even though they show in their website how the muscles contract I was a bit skeptical as if the muscle would really contract….I very quickly found that they do!

It took me a couple of minutes to get used to the belt, but the truth is that you can feel your muscles working while you are using the belt and you can feel it after using the belt also. I have not used the belt long enough to see the results yet, but I do feel the difference since I have been using the belt and LOVE it!
