Light Therapy For Life started about three years ago. At the time, they had but one goal: bring to market a device that was effective, fast acting, and absolutely did not cost an arm and a leg to get! After two years of research and their own independent trials, they realized a very simple thing, keep it simple.

 The result is the most effective photo-therapy device for the at home consumer, that is portable, easy to use. I have been really interested in L.E.D and UV light devices and I find them quite interesting and until now I did not have the chance to try any L.E.D light devices.

 I was very interested in trying one of the Light Therapy For Life products and when I had the chance to try one of their products, I decided to try their Red 624 NM which is meant to improve circulation and be an effective pain relief non-drug method. As you all know, I often get back and shoulder pains and was really interested into seeing if this could be an alternative to pain killers…..I have to say that while I was somewhat skeptic, I was really looking forward to trying the product and see if it would work.

I have to say that I was surprised to see that while the 624 NM Red light did not get rid of my shoulder pain, it seems to alleviate it to the point that it makes it possible to function without taking pain killers. According to the therapy for life website, the 624 NM red light. Is effective for increasing blood flow, pain management, wound and bruise healing, improvements in the texture and feel of the skin.

The latest scientific news also shows improved collagen production. The light that by all means looks like a small flashlight, can be applied directly to the skin on the specific area that you are looking to treat. If you choose to use the light one day a week, you will need to use the light for a longer duration of time.

 The recommended time is one to two minutes, if used often, but if you only use it about once a week, you can go up to 10 minutes at a time. The light operates with 3 AAA batteries. Light for Therapy offers different lights for different conditions including acne. You can find all the different light types and their uses on their website.

As of my experience with the Red RED 624 NM I am very pleased with the results I have been able to feel….I must add that I have not used the light as often as I should have but even though I do like having access to the Red RED 624 NM. Also, due to its size and portability, it makes it very easy to carry around. The 32 LED Red light retails for 89.00
