After my Ohio vacations, as I had expected, I put FIVE whole pounds back on, but as soon as we got home I went back on my Nutrisystem diet and I was able to shed those 5 pounds off again! So I am back to the diet for however long I still have on the Nutrisystem blogger program.
I have also started to keep track of my calories count and calories burned. I have also started a new at home exercise program as I know that I need to start working on my muscles and getting tone. Luckily for me, I left work before we went on the Ohio vacation, but I am going back to work next week which will help me avoid eating when I am anxious.
After I came back from the trip and back to my diet I was able to easily loose those extra pounds I had gained during my vacations. One thing I have noticed is that since I changed my diet I am more susceptible to greasy and non-healthy foods and my stomach does not always react too kindly when I try any of those undesirable types of foods.
A couple of weeks back I received an email from Nutrisystem that gives great tips and ideas on how to avoid fattening and greasy foods during the summer and I must say the advices from Nutrisystem are always very useful.
