Back to School with iSafebags- Review and Giveaway

It is a fact that the world is changing and in a lot of cases the changes are not good…I remember walking to school with my brothers and the only safety concern we really had was to be careful when crossing roads…Now there are many danger factors out there and the worst of them all is the many disturbed people walking among us and interacting with our kids on a daily basis… This world is certainly not as safe as it used to be when I was younger and I want to make sure I can provide my little girl with as much safety as I can.

 While doing some research on safety, an interesting website popped up. iSafebag has develop a very interesting concept for street safety creating backpacks and bags with integrated alarms…I thought this was a very interesting product and contacted the company to see if they would be interested in a review of one of their bags. I was sent the Urban Crew Backpack for the review and the Urban Crew is made with a high quality Nylon 420 Ripstop material, and measure about 19"x 12.5" x 7".

The backpack that is intended for ages fourteen and up is great to transport school material, go camping and as an everyday backpack…Actually I took mine on my Ohio trip. The Urban Crew features seven zippered compartments for college and high school students and anyone on the go that allows you to keep your belongings organized while keeping all mobile gear and any other devices in secured and accessible compartments.

 The bag has a mesh pocket and an adjustable belt on each side. The bag has padded adjustable straps on the back along with extra padding on the back panel for added comfort and fit. The back pack also has a padded handle on top making it easy to grab.

The Urban Crew backpack fits laptops up to 15.6 screens…While all of these are really good features on a backpack, the really big seller for me is the fact that the back pack has an integrated alarm system ! On the right hand side strap you will find a flap, lift it up and you will find a small almost square device there with a strand that is attached to a pin…Pull that out and a loud siren is immediately activated…Deactivating the alarm is as easy as activating it, all you need to do is re- insert the pin and the noise stops immediately.

 The bag is not only great for everyday use but a must have when going outdoors to places in which you can get separated from your group and even in case of accident to call people’s attention. This is definitely a product that is worth having and while this specific bag is meant for teenagers and older groups, iSafebags offers bags for younger kids also starting at 8 years old.

They even have some really cute girl’s designs ….The bag looks like an ordinary bag but the safety feature is not at all ordinary!
